*Sending reminder emails/texts to agent through out their deal so no step is missed
*Coordinating with clients, title company, lenders and coop agents to make sure all files are complete and submitted
Tier 2 - Transaction Management Package - $495/transaction
*Writing up offer(s) for your client according to the terms you send
*Introduction Email to all parties with documents attached
*Making sure all documents are clean and ready for closing
*Calling and scheduling inspections, appraisals, and closing so you don't have to
*Updates throughout the entire transaction
*Coordinating with clients, title company, lenders and coop agents to make sure all files are complete and submitted
Tier 3 - Transaction Management Package - $695
*Writing up offer(s) for your client according to the terms you send
*Introduction Email to all parties with documents attached
*Making sure all documents are clean and ready for closing
*Updates throughout the entire transaction
*Calling and scheduling inspections, appraisals, and closing so you don't have to
*Attending inspections and appraisals
*Installing sign and lockbox or Retrieving sign and lock box and delivering it (if applicable)
*Coordinating with clients, title company, lenders and coop agents to make sure all files are complete and submitted
