Teacher Turned Trainer

My Mission

Throughout my career, I have worked with several agents that were experiencing their first deal when working with me. Some were trained well and some had no idea what they were doing. As a teacher at heart, I have always LOVED the idea of working with new agents on the basics that they need to know in their first 90 days of Real Estate. I want to prepare them to succeed. 

What to Expect

This is not a FULL comprehensive coaching program. This is not based on Marketing for agents that already know their way around a deal. I am not the female version of Tom Ferry, and I will never pretend to be. I am a seasoned agent that grew up with a passion in teaching. I want to help new agents get their feet on the ground. There are options to do a mock transaction, Canva training so you can market yourself, a subscription based service for you to have an on call "Team Lead" to help you put out fires and much more!

This is a 4 Session Zoom Training where we will go over what to do as a new agent. What happens when you get your first deal? What things should you ABSOLUTELY know and look out for? What are some tricks of the trade? Let me transfer my experience to you so that you feel better prepared for your first deals. 

Mock Transactions

From Lead to Closing, we will go over a deal from start to finish. From scheduling showings, virtual tours, writing up the deal, getting through inspections and appraisals, to the Closing Table. Options for Buyer deals and Seller Deals. Feedback is given all along the way so that the agent can learn from their mistakes and redo it the right way. This generally takes about 1-2 weeks of Several Zoom calls and Facetime Calls.

This is not what ads you should be running or what lead gen sources you should be looking in to. This is training for you to understand how the program Canva works and how you can use it to make all sorts of marketing materials from open house flyers to pop by tags to listing presentation booklets to social media graphics. Learn the ins and outs of personally branding EVERYTHING you post.

Do you need a team lead to walk you through your first deal or two so that you come off as a professional to your client in every way. Doing your first deal, feels like walking into a room full of furniture with a blind fold on. Let me take the blind fold OFF and help you get your deal closed. I will help you every step of the way including: Client issues, writing the contract, when issues arise from inspections or appraisal and final ticket items to close.

This is a monthly subscription where you will have me on call Monday-Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday-Sunday 9am-5pm. Stop paying a team lead 25-50% of each transaction just so they can be there every once in a while to answer a question. After 10 years in the business, I  still learn new things in almost every deal. Real Estate is an ongoing learning experience and after almost 200 deals, experience is priceless.

If you want an agent to help you with every deal you do, this is an option even many seasoned agents use just to save time. There is no "training" involved, just time saving benefits. This includes things like: drafting up offer documents, getting client signatures on documents, communication between all parties, and helping each deal get to the closing table as if you had your own Real Estate Personal Assistant.
