This form is for currently established Agents that are under written agreement with Cole RE Services. If you currently use our TC services and are in need of an offer to be written up on short notice and submitted in a timely manner, this is the form. Once this form is filled out, expect an invoice for $50 to be emailed over with an expected payment within 48 hours. If this offer is accepted, that $50 will be deducted from your Coordinating services invoice that will be paid at closing. I should already be added to said client's file, complete with buyer's agency agreement, preapproval letter and contact information to complete offer documents.
